Students who participate in the ESD 112 child care program at Sunset Elementary took advantage of a sunny day to take a “stewardship walk” to a local park near the school. The students and their teachers engaged in conversation about the importance of keeping our parks green through community service, recycling and conservation. They helped pull weeds and pick up garbage, but also had a lot of fun together!

Early Care and Education operates 40 centers in Clark and Cowlitz Counties serving 2,200 children and 1,700 parents utilizing more than 300 employees.
