Description
In this training, participants will cover the basics of guiding behaviors in the early learning classroom. We will discuss setting up the environment for success, setting developmentally appropriate expectations, de-escalation techniques for those difficult moments, and engaging in the kinds of nurturing interactions that help children build social-emotional and self regulation skills.
