ESD 112’s program, Construction Services Group (CSG) launched a new website specially tailored for its K-12 construction clients.  The site, aptly located at www.k12construction.org, utilizes a modern design indicative of the specialty firm’s work for educational institutions.

“Supporting K-12 learning environments is all we do,” said Kirk Pawlowski, executive director of CSG. “Our website needed to reflect this specialization and the 25 years of work we have done in the region.”

In addition to featuring CSG services, project photos and testimonials from district clients, the new site also includes LearningEdge, a digital purchasing catalog available to school districts and educational institutions through ESD 112’s purchasing interlocal agreements. The LearningEdge purchasing program offers personalized assistance in quoting and buying furniture, fixtures and equipment specially designed for education.

“We are a school district’s advocate in the planning, scheduling, procurement and placement of furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E),” said Bernice Sundby, associate director of CSG and FF&E program lead. “We partner with a school district and their architect to obtain the most competitive prices on exactly the elements needed, all while staying within the district’s budget and removing the back and forth of working with multiple vendors.”

The new CSG website and the LearningEdge program are part of a concerted effort to market the CSG brand and streamline client offerings.

CSG provides the following services for K-12 capital facilities projects:
