Program Details
Birth to Three Quality Initiative
Through a contract with the Department of Children Youth and Family Services, we are able to offer coaching and supports targeted to teachers/educators of infants and toddlers. We recognize the importance of this teaching role on the development of young minds and want to support those teachers in this very difficult role. Support is offered through individualized coaching, reflective practice, video coaching through the FIND program (Filming Interactions to Nurture Development), and training.
Infant Toddler Coaching Supports available include:
- Nurturing positive social and emotional development of children
- Provide resources to the teachers and directors around community resources
- Support around developmental screenings
- Empowering teachers to utilize strategies in the classroom that support all children
- A focus on the social, emotional, and attachment needs of infants and toddlers provide early learning professionals with specialized tools and technical assistance.

Filming Interactions to Nurture Development FIND Coaching
FIND is a highly effective video coaching program that facilitates responsive, supportive caregiving to significantly improve developmental outcomes for children.
The Birth to Three Quality Initiative (B3QI) Coaches support infant and toddler teachers and providers working with infants and toddlers to facilitate high-quality early learning interactions. Through weekly visits, the teachers experience video recordings with follow-up reflection using a strength-based approach.
This program is available to any infant and toddler teacher working in a program participating in Early Achievers. Let your Early Achievers Coach know of your interest and they can connect you or call one of our Coaches directly.
ASQ and ASQ-SE Supports
Our trained Coaches can offer training on ASQ-3 (Ages and Stages Questionnaire) and ASQ-SE (Ages and Stages Questionnaire/Social Emotional) for all program staff. This is followed up with supports for program-wide implementation and parent involvement. This is a free service offered to sites participating in Early Achievers.
